Lake Pukaki and Mount Cook

Photos just can't do justice to the amazing colours of Lake Pukaki. The water of Lake Pukaki is even more shining then the already spectacular hues of the close by Lake Tekapo. The higher summit on the right part of this panarama is Aoraki / Mount Cook, the highest mountain in New Zealand. Its height is 3.724 metres (12.218 feet).
